The Workforce Portal (WFP) allows current and former associates to view and update their address and other personnel information. This ensures National Vision, Inc. is able to communicate with associates when needed regarding taxes, benefits and other personnel matters.

Current associates can:

• View and print historical pay statements and tax statements
• Change tax withholdings
• Change or activate direct deposit information
• Change mailing address

Former associates can:

• View and print historical pay statements and tax statements
• Change mailing address

WFP is a secure web site that requires a log-in. Please keep these things in mind to further protect your personal information:

• Use caution when accessing the site from public computers
• Send documents to a secure printer location
• Always logout when you complete your session and close your browser window
