Since joining the company in 2016, Jacqueline Grove has been dedicated to creating the best possible work experience for National Vision’s associates and to build a culture in which every associate can say, “I’m a better person because I work at National Vision.”

Prior to her current role, Jacqueline served National Vision as the Senior Vice President of Store Operations for Eyeglass World, Vision Centers in Walmart, and Vista Optical. Before joining National Vision, she lead the Target Optical and Sears Optical brands for Luxottica, including field operations for more than 700 locations throughout the U.S. and Canada in which she was responsible for more than $1B in sales. In total, she has more than 30 years’ retail experience in Human Resources and Store Operations.

Jacqueline is a Board Member of Preventing Blindness of Georgia and serves on The Coalition for Clear Vision of the International Association for the Prevention of Blindness. She holds a B.S. degree in Communication Arts from the University of Cincinnati.

She is based in Duluth, Georgia, where she lives with her wife of more than 24 years, Kim, and their two miniature schnauzer puppies, Jazz and Bella. An avid boater and scuba diver, Jacqueline loves to travel, especially to any beach.
