Debra Woyce

In my 30 years I have had the privilege to work with the most amazing people around the US and even the world, from hourly associates to management. I’ve enjoyed watching folks grow with our company and in our industry as a whole!

Debra B. Woyce serves as the Senior Vice President of Retail Operation. Since joining National Vision 30 years ago, she has managed a variety of different departments including Real Estate, Call Center, Inventory Replenishment, Office Services Internal Audit and Retail Operation.

Debra is responsible for oversight of store operations. Her team is continually looking to improve store operations which allow National Vision’s associates to focus on their customers. Debra is passionate about making quality eye care and eyewear affordable and accessible for everyone.

Prior to working at National Vision, Debra was an Account Executive at Automatic Data Processing. Debra graduated from Georgia State University where she received her Bachelor of Arts in Journalism with a minor in Marketing.

In her free time, Debra has a son in college and twin girls in high school, and enjoys cheering them on in all their endeavors. She loves boating and playing tennis.
