Roger Francis

Roger Francis serves as Chief Stores Officer for National Vision, where he oversees operations for more than 1,200 stores across all National Vision brands.

Prior to joining National Vision, Roger was Senior Vice President Health Hub Operations at CVS Health, a premier health care innovation company. Throughout his 18 years of Retail Healthcare, Roger has held positions of increasing responsibility which spanned across both corporate and field operations. He previously held the role of Divisional Vice President for the Mid Atlantic, and prior to that held the position of Area Vice President within the South. In these roles, his responsibilities included the management of operational strategy, real estate, growth initiatives, talent development and overall financial performance.

Roger studied at Wayne State University in Detroit Michigan, where he earned a B.S. in Pharmacy along with a B.S. in Health Sciences.
