Jacqueline Grove is National Vision's Senior Vice President of Talent Development; Culture; Philanthropy; Diversity, Equity & Inclusion.

Her work helps shape National Vision's culture, and she's also finding new ways to shape the industry. She says, "We're trying to shape a more diverse and inclusive future for the optical industry by sponsoring scholarships and educational opportunities focused on supporting BIPOC students and students from under-represented communities."
