Patrick Moore

Patrick Moore was appointed to the role of Chief Operating Officer in August 2022 after serving as the company's Chief Financial Officer since 2014. As Chief Operating Officer, Moore leads the following functions: Retail Operations, Clinical Services, Real Estate, Labs, Manufacturing and Distribution, and Business Transformation.

Throughout his tenure, Patrick has led numerous enterprise-wide strategic initiatives, including taking the company public in 2017. Beyond the IPO, he led the execution of multiple secondary offerings allowing the company’s sponsors to achieve a highly successful exit. More recently, Patrick has served as a key leader for business transformation efforts. As a member of the Executive Leadership Team, he is instrumental in key strategic decisions to ensure the company’s ongoing success.

Prior to joining National Vision, Patrick served in both divisional and group financial officer roles for First Data (now Fiserv), Fluor and BellSouth (now AT&T). He began his career with BellSouth, serving in roles involving engineering, operations, finance, strategy, investor relations and merger integration. He brings more than three decades of experience, and holds a B.A. in Mechanical Engineering, as well as an MBA from the University of Alabama. He attended the Stanford Executive program in 2002.
