We've released our 2022 Sustainability Report, “A World Worth Seeing,” reflecting continued progress against the environmental, social and governance issues that matter most to our business and stakeholders. The 2022 report focuses on the company’s performance across our Social, Employees, Environment and Governance (SEE+G) framework.

“Through our business relationships and the capabilities of our labs, associates and affiliated doctors, we are well positioned to manage our social and environmental impacts and create long-term value for all of our stakeholders,” said Reade Fahs, Chief Executive Officer. “Advancing these areas is central to our continued growth as a business, and we are proud to share our progress in this report.”

Highlights from the 2022 Sustainability Report include more positive impacts on people, our planet and our business, such as:

  • Social: More than 1.2 million lives impacted by our philanthropic activities
  • Employees: New competency frameworks and development pathways for associates
  • Environment: The company’s first TCFD-aligned review of business activities
  • Governance: Updated Code of Conduct and Board governance documents
