Set to Join S&P SmallCap 600 Index

National Vision Holdings Inc. (NASD: EYE) will replace Renewable Energy Group Inc. (NASD: REGI) in the S&P SmallCap 600 effective prior to the opening of trading on Thursday, June 16, 2022.
Inclusion in the index requires that a company fall within the market cap range of $850 million to $3.7 billion and meet criteria around trading liquidity and financial stability.
When another company was removed from the index due to no longer meeting eligibility criteria, S&P Dow Jones Indices identified National Vision Holdings, Inc., as the appropriate replacement.
