Accounting & Finance
Accounting and Finance associates manage internal and external reporting, planning and analysis; accounting and treasury operations; tax; investor relations and support for our retail stores, labs and distribution centers.
Customer Service & Store Operations
We uphold high standards for our 1,200+ stores, especially when it comes to serving patients and customers. Our Customer Service and Store Operations teams are key for maintaining those standards.
Our people are the most important aspect of our business, and nobody understands that better than our Human Resources associates.
With more than 1,200 stores, our Information Technology (IT) staff plays a critical role in keeping our systems interconnected and our operations running.
Members of our Legal department protect our company, and by extension our investors, by providing thorough counsel on contracts and all matters of business law.
Our Managed Care teams set up and maintain insurance plans in our store systems, as well as work directly with store associates and doctors to ensure all necessary qualifications have been met.
Marketing & Merchandising
Representing our retail brands, our Marketing and Merchandising teams capture attention and generate measurable results for our business, which in turn helps more people get the vision care they need.
Clinical Services & Administration
This department is dedicated solely to doctors’ needs, with optometrists at the helm to ensure that ODs practicing in the network are fully supported from an administrative and operations perspective, and thus able to focus entirely on patient care.
Training & Development
By providing development-driven education to employees across our organization, the Training & Development team aids in the advancement and retention of all team members – a rewarding contribution they can take pride in.
