Lab & DC Career Paths
Whatever your interests or skill set, we have a spot for you in our optical manufacturing labs and distribution centers operating in St. Cloud (MN), Salt Lake City (UT), Lawrenceville (GA) and Plano (TX). Wherever you land, you can count on cutting-edge technology that allows for high efficiency among teams.
Lab Technician
Our lab technicians edge, wash, polish, inspect, sort, tape and tint newly manufactured lenses for production. Both entry level and experienced positions are available in our Bench and Surface departments.
Stockroom Technician
As a stockroom technician, you’ll select the frames and lenses needed for distribution to internal production teams, as well as help us investigate and resolve order failures and defects. Entry level and experienced positions are available.
Customer Service
Customer service associates coordinate with our retail locations, vendors and other labs to answer questions via phone and email, helping to position key orders, track jobs and explain any delays.
Distribution Center
Individuals working in the hub of our distribution centers are responsible for the logistics and shipping of National Vision eyewear products as well as store resources.
Supervisors/Management
Leading the teams at our labs and distribution centers are supervisors and management, who ensure associates achieve production goals through coaching, training and hands-on help.
