Job Responsibilities
The Business Analyst will support a multi-year modernization of our in-store and digital platforms. This role will work closely with product management, engineering, and business stakeholders to define workflows, requirements, and API needs as we transition toward a more unified experience.

- Translates business goals into clear functional requirements and workflows
- Document current-state vs. future-state processes across store, e-commerce, and associate experiences
- Support phased migration planning (dual-run periods, system handoffs, depreciation paths).
- Create clear artifacts (process flows, user journeys, requirements documentation) for executive and delivery teams
Preferred Qualifications
Work Experience
- 2-4 years Strong experience working on complex platform or enterprise initiatives (Required)
- 2-4 years Strong experience working alongside Product Managers and Engineering leads (Required)
Education
- Four-year college degree or equivalent experience. Business Administration, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Software Engineering (Required)
Additional Skills
- Ability to simplify complex technical topics for business stakeholders (Required)
- Experience supporting phased or incremental delivery models (Required)
- Experience working in API‑driven or headless architectures, including documenting workflows and requirements where front‑end applications consume backend services for pricing, product data, validation, or order (Required)
- Experience creating workflow, process, and system interaction diagrams using modern collaboration tools (e.g., Figma, Miro, Lucid, Visio, or similar). (Required)
- Retail, store systems, or omnichannel experience (Preferred)
- Exposure to tablet and EHR-adjacent platforms (Preferred)
- Experience operating in regulated environments (PCI, HIPAA) (Preferred)
