Job Responsibilities

The Production Artist executes design and production tasks across marketing assets to support campaigns and ongoing marketing needs. This role is responsible for producing, adapting, and finalizing creative assets with a high degree of accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand standards. The Production Artist ensures assets are technically correct, properly versioned, and delivered on time to support efficient marketing execution across channels.

What Would You Do? The Specifics.

  • Produce and adapt marketing assets by executing design updates, resizing, formatting, and versioning to support digital, print, and in-store marketing needs while maintaining brand consistency.
  • Ensure technical accuracy across all deliverables by validating specifications, file formats, dimensions, resolutions, and output requirements to prevent errors and rework.
  • Maintain accurate version control and file organization by following established naming conventions, documentation standards, and asset management practices to ensure teams can easily locate and use final files.
  • Support quality assurance processes by reviewing assets against briefs, brand guidelines, and technical requirements and addressing feedback efficiently to deliver final, approved creative.
  • Collaborate with content production managers, other designers, and cross-functional partners to clarify requirements, incorporate revisions, and meet production timelines.
  • Meet established deadlines consistently by managing assigned tasks effectively, communicating status proactively, and escalating risks when timelines may be impacted.

Preferred Qualifications

Work Experience

  • 2-4 years in creative design and production (Required)

Education

  • Four-year college degree or equivalent experience. Business, Marketing, Operations (Required)

Additional Skills

    • Demonstrate proficiency with AI creative tools by writing clear, effective prompts, iterating results, and translating outputs into production-ready assets that meet brand and technical requirements (Required)
