Job Responsibilities
The Senior Product Manager, Supply Chain Technology is a strategic leader responsible for the vision, development, implementation, and optimization of critical supply chain technology solutions that support a complex, multi-billion-dollar enterprise. This role leads the development of a new enterprise supply chain platform that serves as a foundational business system, ensuring operational efficiency, scalability, and business performance. Leveraging deep expertise in supply chain technology, JDA platforms, software development, and packaged software solutions, this leader partners cross-functionally with business and technology stakeholders to translate strategic priorities into technology capabilities that drive innovation, improve supply chain execution, and deliver measurable business value.
What Would You Do? The Specifics.
- Product Strategy & Roadmap: Define and own the product vision, roadmap, and feature prioritization for supply chain technology platforms, aligning with company goals and market demands
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead and mentor teams across engineering, data science, merchandising, accounting, and supply chain operations to deliver high-quality solutions
- Technical Product Ownership: Work closely with engineering and IT to ensure seamless integration of supply chain systems, APIs, and data platforms, ensuring scalability and performance
- Process Optimization: Identify and implement process improvements in supply chain workflows, leveraging technology to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve visibility
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with supply chain teams, vendors, and partners to align on forecasts, inventory strategies, and delivery timelines
- Performance Measurement: Define and track KPIs for product success, including adoption rates, system uptime, order fulfillment speed, and cost savings
Preferred Qualifications
Work Experience
- 8+ years Supply Chain experience (Required)
- 6+ years Software engineering, product management, technical program management (Required)
Education
- Four year college degree or equivalent experience. (Required)

- Strong understanding of supply chain processes, systems, and KPIs. (Required)
- Proficiency in product management tools (Required)
- Data analysis, reporting, and visualization skills. (Required)
- Experience with JDA or AS400 or Blue Yonder (Preferred)
- ERP (Required)

- WMS (Preferred)
- Inventory Management (Required)
- Experience and optical or healthcare industry (Preferred)
