Our Patient-Focused Culture

At National Vision, Inc., we know that people come first. We believe in empowering those we work with to do what’s right, and to put patient needs and quality of care above all. We surround ourselves with people who are committed to creating happiness every day, and who are energized to serve those we are uniquely qualified to help.

We understand that our doctors of optometry prefer to spend the majority of their time seeing patients, so we offer solutions to minimize their time spent on the administrative side of the business. We support our optometrists by letting them do what they do best – and that’s being a doctor of optometry.

For our directly employed optometrists, we take care of the financial/reimbursement and staff management areas of the business completely and professionally. Our support services also minimize the administrative tasks for our optometrists operating in lease arrangements.
